‘Doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results is insanity’. The first step we need to take is to actually take a step back and reflect on what you really want and who you are. 

To find the career you will love and to figure out the steps we need to take to get there, we need to figure out who you are. You are a unique person with a unique and beautiful combination of skills, experiences, and knowledge that has never been seen in the world before. While it would be easy to simply start applying and finding a new job, it makes more sense to step away from the noise. 

As your coach, I help you to turn up the volume of your inner voice and turn down the outside noise. 

Oftentimes, we can get caught up in trying to keep up with the Joneses. We can get too caught up in trying to get a job simply because the title will sound amazing to your friends and on your CV. Other times we may not be seeing the pathways that are right under our noses. 

Finding a new job or changing to a different industry is not always the answer so we take time to look at YOU. I help you to unlock the answers inside yourself as we explore the beautiful and amazing person you are.
